Established in 2019 By our friend Rick Culleton (Hotel Jaco) with a vision toward excellent service and great food, Jaco Bar has been recognized by customers from around the world as one of the "BEST" Bars and Restaurants in Costa Rica," especially Jaco! Acquired by the current owners, Tbone, Mike, and Diana, during the Pandemic, we underwent a new and bold transformation to add a balcony area for our quest and expand our entertainment lineup.

With the current owner's commitment to outstanding service and superb food, along with the addition of our Chef Luis Chavarria, (who is second to none), we know your experience at Jaco Bar is indeed memorable.

Chef Luis is one of the finest Chefs we have ever worked with. We are proud to have him as part of our team.

It is not just Bar food at Jaco Bar.

His creations and continued commitment to quality, and flavorful dishes are FANTASTIC!

Please try everything on the menu; if you don't like it for any reason, Chef will make it perfect. Please be sure to try the Chef's signature specials. Chef Luis creates his specials using only the freshest and finest locally sourced seafood, farm-fresh vegetables, fruit, and meats. We don't have a big freezer to store products. Chef Luis and his staff prepare it all from Scratch daily as it should be.
